cassidy

we had to put our kitty cassidy down this morning. we found out last week that she had heart disease and was not going to get better. they gave her some medication over the weekend and said if she didn't get better by monday that we needed to do it. it's so hard. and so sad. especially since she was monkey's kitty. so we are focusing on the funny stuff that she did.

climbing the curtains!!

her favorite toy...the paintbrush!

how high she could jump!

her love of all things pumpkin!

her dog...

her boy...

we will miss you cassidy!

Hi Kay,

I am so sorry about your cat. I know how hard it was to have to have her put to sleep. So sad. Do you think you will be getting another cat any way soon?

I hope you and your family had a good Thanksgiving, Kay.

RIP Cassidy baby. Popcorn loves you. I will forever remember you in my heart because I saw you come into this world, watched you take your first steps and placed you into the very best loving family!! What a blessed kitty!

Kay,

I was so sorry to read about Cassidy. We had a golden retriever years ago we had to put down and we know how hard it is. This book "Cold Noses at The Pearly Gates":
http://tinyurl.com/coldnose may provide a small measure of comfort. Terry, Chris & I miss seeing you, Mike and your family! Hope you all have a great Christmas!

Dangit. I hate saying goodbye to pets. I cried for days when our kitty died.
